- 293 students budgeted for 309
- Discussed the adjustment that will need to be made after October count but the budget seems solid
- Identified the need (as of today) to displace one teacher in the upcoming year because of 6th grade transition.
- 6th Grade Transition Update-
- Discussed the process of determining the displacement of a teacher and the timeline for budget and staffing decision - January.
- Will continue to share information throughout the process.

- Areas for UIP this year will be in math and focus on growth and performance levels.
